​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​On November 29, 2024, San Industries Ltd. et al. obtained an Initial Order under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (“CCAA") from the Supreme Court of British Columbia (the “Court"). Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed as the Monitor in the CCAA proceedings (the "Monitor").

On August 19, 2026, the Monitor assigned San Industries Ltd. and Coulson Manufacturing 2017 Ltd. into bankruptcy. The First Meeting of Creditors for both bankrupts will be held on September 4, 2026 via Microsoft Teams.
