Introduction and Overview

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​On November 29, 2024, San Industries Ltd. et al. obtained an Initial Order under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (“CCAA") from the Supreme Court of British Columbia (the “Court"). Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed as the Monitor in the CCAA proceedings.
