April 29, 2010 - On April 29, 2010 the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) made an order under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act R.S.C. 1985, c. C-36, as amended (“CCAA”), in respect of Planet Organic Health Corp. and Darwen Holdings Ltd. (collectively, the “Applicants”) and Deloitte & Touche Inc. was appointed as the Monitor of the Applicants (the “Monitor”).
Pursuant to an Order granted by the Court on August 16, 2016, the discharge of Deloitte as Monitor in respect of Planet Organic Health Corp. and Darwen Holdings Ltd., was ordered to be effective on August 29, 2016, the date Deloitte filed the Certificate of Discharge with the Court.
