​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​On March 4, 2025, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. ("Deloitte") was appointed by the Supreme Court of British Columbia as the Receiver and Manager (in such capacity, the "Receiver") without security, of all of the assets, undertakings and hotel property of International Trade Center Properties Ltd. and Hotel Versante Ltd. (the "Debtors”) acquired for, or used in relation to the business and operations, of the hotel known as the "Versante Hotel", including without limiting the foregoing all proceeds thereof, with a civic address of 8499 Bridgeport Road, Richmond, BC.

On April 2, 2025, an Amended and Restated Receivership Order was issued to include RCC Holdings Ltd. as a Debtor.

Bankruptcy

On April 8, 2026, Hotel Versante Ltd. filed an assignment in bankruptcy, and Deloitte was duly appointed licensed insolvency trustee (the “Trustee") on April 9, 2026.

The first meeting of creditors (the “Meeting") will be held on April 23, 2026, at 11:00 am PT via Microsoft Teams teleconference. To be entitled to vote at the Meeting, a creditor must lodge with the Trustee, before the Meeting, a proof of claim and, where necessary, a proxy.
