On March 3, 2010, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. (formerly Deloitte & Touche Inc.) was appointed by the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta as Receiver and Manager (the "Receiver") of the property and assets of Perera Shawnee Ltd. and Perera Development Corporation (collectively "Perera"). Copies of the Receivership Order, application materials and subsequent affidavits, Receiver's reports and applications in relation to the Receivership are found below.
Perera was the developer of a condominium real estate project consisting of three phases located at 10 Shawnee Hill SW, Calgary, Alberta. At the date of receivership Phase 1 of the development was 95% complete and Phases 2 and 3 were built to various stages of the underground parking levels.
The exhibits to the affidavits of service may not be included due to their large size. However, anyone who would like exhibits to any of the affidavits of service can contact the Receiver and a copy will be provided.
The Receiver obtained its discharge on October 14, 2020.
